| Lufthansa low-cost subsidiary airline appears in Ukraine |

Beginning from May German airline Lufthansa will introduce a low-cost subsidiary airline Germanwings in Ukraine, Germanwings press service reports. Airline is expected to make flights from Boriposl airport to Germany, in particular, to airport in Koln. Airline is promising to give information in details at a press conference on April 28. Germanwings company was founded in 2002. It has 25 Airbus A319 planes. It is based in the airport Koln/Bonn. The executive officer is Thomas Winkelmann. As a reminder, besides Germanwings, British airline British Midland Airways got a permission to make flights. The company has already been making regular flights on the route London – Kyiv – London.
