In the end of April Odessa сity council has confirmed the outline plan of a multipurpose hotel complex around a beach of "Lanzheron" (Seaside area), developed by Open Society "Odesgragdanproekt" by request of Open Company "Bassoon-south". As architect Vladimir Glazyrin has informed «BC», the new building will be located on a site by the area of 1,44 hectares in a recreational zone on the first, second and third terraces of a coastal slope of Black sea. Earlier in this territory there was a centre of rest of "Jumorinlend", and now there were the shabby one-storeyed structures, the thrown athletic fields and children's attractions.
