According to Goskomstat data, from the EU countries has arrived $684,1 million (58,2 % of total amount), from the CIS countries - $297,4 million (25,3 %), from other countries of the world - $194,0 million (16,5 %). In turn, non-residents withdraw the capital for the sum $70,1 million As a whole a gain of a total volume of the foreign capital in a national economy, taking into account its revaluation, losses and a course difference has made $819,5 million, or 24,4 % of level of the corresponding period of last year. In І quarter 2009 volumes of the capital have grown from the Russian Federation - on $285,9 million, the Netherlands - on $196,2 million, Cyprus - on $158,9 million and Switzerland - on $61,9 million Specified countries have provided almost 86 % of a gain of the foreign capital in Ukraine. The gain of the foreign capital was observed at the enterprises which are carrying out financial activity, - on $284,4 million, operations with real estate, rent, engineering and granting of services to businessmen - on $236,0 million, trade, car repairs, household products, subjects of the personal use - on $56,4 million, and also at the industry enterprises - on $78,3 million, etc. The total amount of the direct foreign investments enclosed to Ukraine, for April, 1st, 2009 has made $36526,6 million that on 2,3 % there are more than volumes of investments on the beginning of 2009 and counting on one person makes $792,7. Investments have arrived from 125 countries of the world. In ten basic countries-investors on which it is necessary over 81 % of total amount of direct investments, enter: Cyprus - $7890,2 million, Germany - $6441,2 million, the Netherlands - $3378,6 million, Austria - $2448,6 million, the United Kingdom - $2248,6 million, the Russian Federation - $2135,5 million, the USA - $1400,3 million, the Virgin Islands - $1348,0 million, Sweden - $1259,9 million and France - $1221,8 million In І quarter 2009 from Ukraine to economy of other countries of the world it is directed $8,8 million direct investments. Investments it was carried out mainly in the form of monetary payments. The volume of direct investments from Ukraine in economy of the countries of the world, taking into account its revaluation, losses, a course difference, for April, 1st, 2009 has made $6225,0 million, including to the EU countries - $5940,8 million (95,4 % of total amount), to the CIS countries - $224,2 million (3,6 %), in other countries of the world - $60,0 million (1,0 %). Direct investments from Ukraine were carried out in 51 country of the world, their big part is directed to Cyprus.
