Probably, at the expense of a dollar rate fluctuation this decrease will not be such active", - he has added. One of the factors, testifying to unavailability of the population to put the deposits in habitation acquisition, the expert named that the market bottom is not reached yet. Stepenko has noticed that under favorable conditions stabilisation will begin since the second-third quarter 2010, and "thus the second-third quarter is, as a matter of fact, and there will be a bottom". Considering dollar exchange rate decrease, the expert considers that people who basically stored the savings in dollars buy habitation. "For today the dollar exchange rate has started to decrease. If to count the price for habitation in dollars it has started to grow on the sly. On the one hand, we see that in view of a global economic crisis the price decreases, and, on the other hand, grivna strengthening has promoted that on some objects the price has started to grow only because of a dollar rate fluctuation", - it has explained.
